Color Effects Pro - Recolor Pictures; Pop/Edit/Paint Highlights into Photos App Reviews

It used to be my favorite coloring app. Mixing colors was and still is the best! Resolution was very good as well back when I purchased this app- a year ago. Since then a few major problems have occurred. Cropping issue-the app forces you to crop whether you need it or not, and it does not let you choose where to crop- the app does it automatically( please have it changed). Resolution had dropped considerably after the last update- pictures do not come out as sharp as before. For people who dont have Facebook- impossible to get support from this developer. I generally avoid developers who dont provide an email. Having said this, I still like this app. I do hope that in the next update these issues will be resolved.

Forced to upgrade to pro for higher resolution and it doesnt deliver. This used to be such a fun, great app. Now, not so much. Please being back the high resolution saves and please remove the crop first part. The old version worked great, why mess with perfection. As is, this isnt usable, the resolution it saves at is to low.

I bought this app thinking I would be able to select a color with a color picker and change it automatically. The app isnt even optimized for iPhone 5. I would like my money back please.

I am quite addicted to this app! It has superior efficiency and it provides exceptional editing!

It is an awesome app. But... When I attempt to work with the photos on ny iPhone 4S, the buttons under the image are too small to hit. They are pushed below the bottom of the screen. Also when you recolor, it leaves streaks. Please help

Crops the buttons you need to use to edit the photos (and yes this is on an iphone 5). Unusable.

instagram photographers who already take their photos in the 1:1 ratio are gonna be very disappointed with this "app" it overs everything you need to make the best color splash effect with any picture but doesnt have an obvious pic ratio... Instead you have to crop it cutting off/ruining my pictures.. My only complaint fix it ASAP please. Thank you.

This app has historically done its job very well. Has been stable for me. I havent yet found an app that has inspired me to get rid of it. Could use an update though.

Super easy to use and convert pics.

Out of all the apps Ive tried that allow you to edit with color this is by far the best one. Its easy to use and the free version lets you use all the features, unlike other apps that require you to unlock tools by purchasing them Before you can even try them out to see if you like them. I purchased the pro to avoid adds and for $.99 its more than worth what you pay for. I guess what Im really trying to say is I really like this app.

Sometimes its nice to just get something accomplished light and quick!

By far, this is one of my favorite editing apps. Or at least... It was before you had to purchase it. As the app became more popular, the creators were thinking, (hm, we could make some money off of this, huh?!) so duh. Now we have to purchase the recoloring app. I just think its stupid that that had to become official... I preferred it better when it was, oh, you know, PRICELESS.
